The 17-year winning streak for Fort Worth Camera Club came to an end in 2025. Dallas Camera Club won the annual competition. Scores were:
- Prints: Dallas, 178; Fort Worth 160
- Digital: Dallas 164; Fort Worth 171
- Total: Dallas, 342; Fort Worth, 331.
Thirty images (15 digital and 15 print) from each club were reviewed and scored by independent judges. Judges were Barry Snidow, Amy Holmes George and Edgar Miller.
The Dallas Camera Club has possession of the Bird trophy, above, for 2026, and generously gave Fort Worth … a bird egg.
The Fort Worth Camera Club competition committee (Shawn Gibson, Ken Spencer, Roy O’Rear and Robert Chura) reviewed monthly entries and selected our submissions, limited to no more than two per member.
