Larry Petterborg is Director of Field Trips for our camera club neighbor, the Dallas Camera Club. He plans and coordinates at least one activity a month for club members. Generally, the club goes on two (Spring and Fall) out-of-town/overnight trips each year. During the other 10 months, field trips are close to home on weekends, making it easy for club members to participate.
This presentation will be a showcase of images captured over the past several years on field trips, with an emphasis on discussing photographs captured at venues close to DFW. While it is great to travel to far off, exotic locales for photography, there are plenty of places nearby for the making fun and interesting images.
Larry was a two-term president of the Dallas club in 2020-22. He is also a member of the Heard Nature Photographers Club and PSA (Photographic Society of America) and previously was a member of the Plano Camera Club.
