October 2021: Dennis Fritsche
Images must be entered by midnight, Thursday, Oct. 7. Awards and comments will be presented Thursday, Oct. 21, 2021.
Dennis Fritsche is a Fellow of the Dallas Camera Club where he is the Education Director. He is a member of the Plano Photography Club where he served as president and programs chair and is currently Training Chair. He was Plano Photography Club Photographer of the Year for 2011-12.
He has had numerous images published in both Color Magazine and Black and White Magazine since 2006 and has had three portfolios recognized. His “Water Dreams” portfolio was a winner of the prestigious Spotlight Award. Dennis was the 2013 Grand Prize Winner for the Trinity River Photography Contest and has had solo exhibits and images displayed in north Texas and other locations.
He has judged local contests for the public schools and community organizations, the Gulf States Camera Clubs Council.
November 2021: Edgar Miller

Edgar earned his BFA from Lamar University in 1992 and is currently a commercial and fine art photographer and educator.
His work has been shown and awarded in several Texas and national exhibitions. He has taught photography and art for the last 19 years and is always looking for new ways to help his students learn. With influences from his late father and his photo professor, he continues to find interesting light on interesting subjects.
December 2021: Year-End Awards
There is no contest in December; rather, we celebrate photography with a party! We hope we will be able to safely party in person. The annual year-end event features awards to members who have accrued points from monthly competitions.
